Coaching Approach

Brian’s coaching integrates exercise science, comprehensive movement screening, and corrective strategy into a fully customized training system.

A central principle of his methodology is that effective training begins with the individual. Rather than applying a generic template, he evaluates functional movement and physical capacity, establishes clear priorities, and builds a progressive strategy tailored to each client and the demands of their sport or lifestyle.

Assess the individual. Identify the priorities. Build the program around the person.

Brian delivers individualized coaching both in-person throughout Indialantic and Melbourne, Florida, and virtually to clients nationwide
